With expertise in financial management, research, and administrative operations, she ensures efficiency while fostering team success and a positive workplace culture.
Prior to joining Nellie Mae, Cindy served as Office Manager at Throughline Learning, where she played a key role in supporting leadership and operations. Before that, she built over a decade of experience in the financial industry, excelling in administrative and client service roles.
Cindy holds a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Writing. Outside of work, she is an active member of her community, serving as a youth coach and board member for both local youth sports organizations and her local elementary school’s parent board.
