As Office Manager at Nellie Mae Education Foundation, Cindy provides essential operational support that drives the organization’s continued excellence and growth. With expertise in financial management, research, and administrative operations, she ensures efficiency while fostering team success and a positive workplace culture.

Prior to joining Nellie Mae, Cindy served as Office Manager at Throughline Learning, where she played a key role in supporting leadership and operations. Before that, she built over a decade of experience in the financial industry, excelling in administrative and client service roles.

Cindy holds a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Writing. Outside of work, she is an active member of her community, serving as a youth coach and board member for both local youth sports organizations and her local elementary school’s parent board.
