Prior to her current role, Luisa served as Accounting Manager at Seed Global Health, where she led global financial reporting, collaborated on an ERP implementation, and supported grant financial management and audit coordination. Before that, she spent nearly six years at Partners In Health in a variety of finance roles, including Finance Manager and Finance Consultant, partnering with global teams to strengthen financial systems, lead budgeting processes, and managing multimillion-dollar program portfolios. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in accounting as a Senior Accountant at Boston Financial Investment Management.

Luisa brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit and financial management, with a deep focus on systems improvement, team development, and strategic financial planning. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College.
